Hamish joined the CORE family in June 2014 as one of two marketing managers. Hamish’s areas of responsibility within the marketing team include the development and management of the CORE brand and CORE websites including SEO, data analysis, social media and CRM. Hamish is also responsible for internal and external company communications.
Hamish’s marketing career began working in the advertising industry in the United Kingdom and then continued back in New Zealand working with a range of clients across the FMCG, finance, telecommunications, tourism, and entertainment industries.
Over the last seven years he has worked in marketing management, communications and recruitment roles for a number of private training colleges that specialise in training students in the design and arts, digital, and multimedia industries.

It is extremely satisfying to be involved in marketing the types of products, services and events CORE offers which help educators on their journey towards implementing effective, future-focused education within their schools. This in turn has a direct and positive effect on the learner and education environments both in New Zealand and internationally — something which I hope my children benefit from as they go through their schooling years.
