Te Marautanga o Aotearoa will be the world’s first indigenous curriculum for the compulsory schools sector. it will be a partner document to the English-medium New Zealand Curriculum, not merely a translation”. states The New Zealand Education Gazette.
I am proud to announce the launch of this document in Aotearoa/New Zealand. A new pathway for our schools to better provide education for the individuals who are Maori within a Maori medium education setting.
