For those presenting at L@S, we ask that you upload materials and media related to your workshop to the L@S website. If you would feel more comfortable uploading your resources after the workshop has taken place that is fine also. The delegates really enjoy this feature as it allows them to be well prepared for your presentation and to check out the material from workshops that they were unable to attend themselves.

As always material published on the Learning@School09 site must meet copyright/privacy requirements. Please consider this when putting together your presentation for L@S09. You need to agree that your material meets the following requirements before you upload your presentation material online:

  • student and adult images, audio, video, and/or work included in the material has had written consent obtained for publication. (There is a template permission letter for your use in the “Add Presenters’ Material” area of the L@S09 site). We will not be asking to view these – this is simply provided as a model of a form for you to use to gain permission to use materials where anyone can be identified in any of your workshop materials. By uploading to the area, you are agreeing that you have gained appropriate permission for everything you have uploaded..
  • any text, graphics, video, and audio provided is your original work, copyright free, or written consent has been obtained from the artist or author for its use
